Influence of Elevated Temperature on the Bonding Quality of Deformed Glare

The influence of elevated temperatures on deformed GLARE, a metal laminateconsisting of aluminum layers and fibers embedded in a resin (the so called prepreg) is addressed. The results of three types of GLARE are plotted. In particular, the determination of the relation between the amount of deformation and the temperature at which spontaneous delamination occurs is described.
