The Effect of Gases on the Conductive Properties of Organic Semiconductors. 2 Results for Phthalocyanine and Quartz Substrate

Data on semiconduction activation energies and photoconductive properties of phthalocyanine are presented. Special attention was paid to the effect of adsorbed ammonia on the ratio of the photo- and dark conductivity. The conductivity changes of the quartz substrate in the presence of gases, such as H2O vapor were measured. (Author)
