DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A 100 KeV ION ACCELERATOR FOR IMPLANTATION STUDIES

摘要

An ion accelerator has been designed and constructed at the JRC Euratom — Ispra.nDetailed characteristics of the accelerator parts are given in the text together with experimental results obtained in the machine set up. Methods and computing programs developed for ion trajectories calculations used in the design of the accelerator are presented.
