This Document signifies that approval for the transport, by special arrangements, of consignments of irradiated fuel elements has been given by:-n(a) The Board of Trade, Ref. MS 19/21/0020 dated 20th June, 1966, for shipment by sea from Germany to the Port of Leith, Scotland;n(b) The Leith Dock Commission, Ref. JLB/AT dated 10th June, 1966, for trans-shipment at the Port of Leith;n(c) The Ministry of Transport, Ref. MS 19/21/0020 dated 20th June, 1966, for carriage by rail from the Port of Leith to Thurso Railway Station;n(d) The Authority Health and Safety Branch for trans-shipment at Thurso Railway Station and transport by road to DERE, Dounreay.
