Automated Cancer-Cell Sorting and Analysis. Midyear Progress Report, June-December 1979

This report covers the work performed under Interagency Agreement N01 60311 from June through December 1979. The LASL dual-laser cell sorter has been evaluated with CHO, Colo, and CaSki cells stained with mithramycin and two protein stains. All the deliverables called for in this program have been completed and are awaiting shipment to NCI. The computerization of this sorter is in progress, and some refabrication of the parabolic chamber is required before evaluation can be completed. Plans for the second 6-month portion of the program are also discussed. (ERA citation 05:031188)
