Covariant Three-Dimensional Equation for Fermion-Antifermion System. Part 1

A covariant three-dimensional equation is obtained for the fermion- antifermion wave function on the basis of the covariant Hamilton formulation of quantum field theory. The consideration is carried out in the framework of the diagram technique. Transition to the three-dimensional form is achieved through the use of variables of the Lobachevsky momentum space.
