Environmental Assessment for the USK Loop Line 230 KV Transmission Project

This Environmental Assessment (EA) covers the transmission/substation facilities that would be constructed or modified. It has been prepared by an interdisciplinary team, as well as through consultation on the Federal, state and local levels. It is subject to a 60-day review by the general public and other agencies and will generally coincide with the release of the final state EIS. This EA presents an expansion of those transmission-related discussions in the state EIS where BPA could undertake their construction or modifiction. (ERA citation 11:002413)
