摘要

The elementary excitations at 1/3 Landau-level filling have been studied in the many-body variational approach. In the absence of Zeeman energy, the lowest energy excitations involve spin-reversed quasiparticles. The proper excitation energies including the finite thickness correction have been presented for the spin-reversed quasiparticles and the spin-polarized quasiholes. (ERA citation 13:058080)
