摘要

The interaction of two dimensional chiral bosons with an electromagnetic field, quantizing the system via Dirac procedure, is discussed. A quantum theory is obtained, however due to the mass generation the system is consistent only if further constraints are imposed. In such case, the electromagnetic field is trivial. The role of the gauge Jackiw-Rajaraman mass parameter is also discussed. (Atomindex citation 20:006772)
