摘要

The power gains of eight convolvers were compared. Curved or 'focussed'input transducers,thinner samples on EC-64PZT,and DC bias on the output plate gave larger power gains compared to the conventional devices on EC-69PZT and barium titanate. An overall power gain of -50dB at one watt input power was realized with a convoler using curved transducers on a 0.23cm EC-64PZT substrate. This is comparable to typical power gains of -30dB by using a silicon-lithium niobate structure. (Author)
