摘要

The insect repellents methyl N,N'dihexylethylenediaminemonocarbamate (CHR4), (E)-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6-methyl-1-(2-methyl-1-oxo-2-butenyl) quinoline (CHR5), and 1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-6-methyl-1-(3-methyl-1-oxo-2-butenyl) quinoline (CHR6) were tested for dermal sensitization potential using the Guinea Pig Skin Sensitization Test. The study was conducted in compliance with the Good Laboratory Practice regulations. The data collected was analyzed by the method of the U.S. Army Environmental Hygiene Agency. By this method, none of the repellents tested indicated sensitizing potential.
