This book presents an original set of leadership rules to improve unit performance at all organizational levels. The work is designed to fill the considerable gap between the very position-specific, recipe-type lists of things you should do or not do in this particular job approach and the General Patton-type speech approach that provides a lot of inspiration to excel, but very few specifics as to what one ought to do. In essence, then, this book presents a set of principles of rules that a leader can apply in any situation to improve his group's performance.
