Ion Channels and Cell Excitability

摘要

The modelling of neural networks presumably begins with some biology and the central biology for neuronal transmission resides in ion channels. However, even at the level of organization of a single cell, ion channels have a behavioral repertoire sufficiently complicated to strain the capabilities of computer simulation. Reprints. (jhd)
