摘要

The total dose response from two types of dosimeters onboard the Combined Releaseand Radiation Effects Satellite (CRRES) are compared. Results from P-channel Metal Oxide Semiconductor (PMOS) dosimeters were found to be in good agreement with those from the more conventional Space Radiation Dosimeter. The MOS type dosimeters offer cost and weight advantages over more sophisticated dosimeters designed to gather science quality data.
