摘要

Using an electronic theory we calculate various properties of electron- and hole-doped superconductors. Most importantly, we obtain for both systems an order parameter of d(x2)-(y2)-wave symmetry. Furthermore, we calculate the phase diagram T-c(x) and find good agreement with experiment. Finally, we discuss the spectral density of the spin fluctuations above and below T-c. In contrast to the hole-doped case, the resonance peak below T-c might not be observable for electron-doped superconductors. (C) 2001 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved. [References: 17]
