Services agreement for PNG gas project

Esso Highlands Ltd (a subsidiary of Exxon Mobil Corporation) has awarded an agreement covering project services for the Papua New Guinea liquid natural gas project (PNG LNG) to the Eos joint venture, which is an unincorporated joint venture comprising WorleyParsons and Kellogg Brown & Root. Th e agreement extends to the end of 2014.
