Addressing security risks of chemicals

A draft report on the "Control of chemicals of security concern" is up for public comment. The report came out as a result of the Council of Australian Governments' Review of Hazardous Materials, which examined the regulation, reporting and security surrounding the illegal or unauthorised use of chemicals for terrorist purposes.
