Warsaw-Poland's Nafta Polska said six bidders have been shortlisted to participate in the tender for controlling stakes in chemical firms Ciech, Tarnow and Zaklady Azotowe Kedzierzyn (ZAK), reported Reuters. Nafta Polska's website said the state is selling its 36.68% interest in Ciech, its 52.56% interest in Tarnow and its 86.28% stake in ZAK. The sale, which is priced at 5 Polish zloty per share for all three companies, is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
