Chevron Phillips Agrees to Sell Assets of Puerto Rican Facility

Guayama-Chevron Phillips Chemical Puerto Rico Core LLC, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chevron Phillips Chemical, has entered into an agreement to sell its Guayama, Puerto Rico, assets to Louisiana Chemical Equipment Co. and Louisiana Chemical Dismantling Co., for an undisclosed amount.
