Shenzhen-DuPont last week announced plans to expand compounding capacity for Zytel nylon 6,6 and Zytel HTN high performance polyam-ide resins at the company's Shenzhen site in China. When combined with a recently announced Zytel resin expansion in Ulsan, South Korea, the two projects will increase capacity by 65,000 t/y. The Shenzhen project is scheduled to be completed in the second quarter of 2009.
