Oman Retains Consultant to Study Al Duqm Refinery & PC Complex

Muscat-The government of Oman has contracted an unidentified consultancy agency to conduct a detailed feasibility study for a refinery and petrochemical complex at Al Duqm,where a port and ship repair facility are planned,local industry sources reported.
