Petitions filed to establish exemptions, amend exemption and tolerance

In the Nov. 14 Federal Register (73 FR 67512), EPA issued a notice announcing the filing of the following pesticide petitions: 1. Docket No. EPA-HQ-OPP-2008-0763: The Interregional Research Project No. 4, Princeton, N.J., for USDA's Agricultural Research Service-Appalachian Fruit Research Station, Kearneysville, W. Va., proposing to establish an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of the plant-incorporated protectant, coat protein of plum pox virus, in or on stone fruit and almond.
