A major part of your job, of course, is to see to the animals' well-being; you hire the finest veterinarians and animal caregivers to ensure their health and longevity. But of all your trained and dedicated staff, there is not a single certified panda expert among them. Why? Because no formal certification programme for panda caregivers exists anywhere in the world.
