An integral part of the transformation portfolio within the CGA is to ensure that growers receive correct, up to date information with regard to research, technical and extension matters with regard to citrus. Limpopo is the leading province as far ascitrus study groups and technical committees are concerned. In the first week of June the transformation administrator, Lukhanyo Nkombisa and the extension officers from the North (Andrew Mbedzi) and South (Melton Mulaudzi) visited the Eastern Cape, the purpose of the trip being to establish the study groups and technical committees.
