FIELD: space power engineering; methods and devices for protection of the Earth against dangerous space objects: asteroids, comets, space debrius. For accomplishment of inter-orbital transportation operations, provision is made for use of non-rocket facilities: resonance systems, type gravi-vehicle and systems at change of energy and impulses (cable systems and rotary pendulum systems).
