Revocation of TSCA Section 4 C.I. Pigment Blue 61 testing requirements withdrawn

On May 14 (77 FR 28281), EPA issued a final rule withdrawing the revocations contained in the agency's March 16 direct final rule that revoked certain testing requirements under TSCA for 10 chemical substances, including benzenesulfonic acid, [[4-[[4-(phenylamino)phenyl] [4-(phenyhmmo)-2,5-cyclohexadien-l-ylidene]methyl]phenyl]amino]- (CAS Reg. no. 1324-76-1), also known as C.I. Pigment Blue 61. EPA received an adverse comment regarding this substance.
