摘要

The principle of the consumers' right to know about dangerous chemicals in everyday products is not being applied, according to the European Consumers' Organization, BEUC. BEUC and its members — national consumer organizations in Europe — tested compliance with the right-to-know rule, which requires information to be supplied free of charge within 45 days of a request when chemicals on the candidate list of Substances of Very High Concern (SVHCs) are present in articles at more than 0.1 % by weight.
