NNPC targets higher oil output

Nigerian state-owned oil firm NNPC is targeting an increase in the country’s oil production to over 2.4mn b/d next year through operational efficiency gains and improved pipeline security. Nigeria’s output has risen by 230,000 b/d since May to 2.12mn b/d in October, according to Argus estimates.
