Under and by virtue of article 59(a) of the Articles of Association of Paper Industry Technical Association, a Company Limited by Guarantee ('PITA') the Directors of PITA are empowered to make from time to time such Rules as they think necessary or expedient or convenient for the proper conduct and management of PITA. The members of the Association in General Meeting have the power to alter or repeal such Rules and to make additions thereto.
