Ningbo PM6 has taken boardmaking to new levels of production

In November 2004,the world's largest coated board line started up in China,at the Greenfield mill of Ningbo Asia Pulp and Paper which is located in the town of Xiao-gang,Ningbo City,Zhejiang province.The new 9m wide machine has a trim of 8.1 m and a design speed of 900 mpm.It has 8 stock prep lines,5 headboxes and an on line coater,and is designed to produce 880,000 tpy of white lined chipboard (WLC) of 250 to 450 g/m2.
