摘要

Silver nanoparticles (AgNP) have been synthesized via microwave technique by using polysaccharides pectin as reducing/stabilizing agent. AgNP was also studied by transmission electron microscopy (TEM) analysis. TEM images indicated that with the increase of pectin concentration, better dispersed spherical AgNP (10-20 nm in diameter) can be obtained. Results also shows that pectin is capable of stabilizing Ag nanoparticles formed through the reduction of Ag+ ions in water.
