Fibria posts profit leap

Brazilian pulp group Fibria, the world’s largest bleached eucalyptus kraft pulp producer, posted a 66% increase in its Q2 2011 net profit to BRL215m. For the first half of this year, Fibria’s net profit totalled BRL603m.
