Japan Pulp and Paper Acquires Remaining 49% Share of Gould Paper

Japan Pulp and Paper Company Limited (JP) on June 29 announced that it acquired additional shares in the New York-based paper merchant, Gould Paper Corporation.The acquisition was effected through JP's consolidated USA subsidiary, Japan Pulp & Paper (USA) Corp., and makes Gould a wholly-owned subsidiary within the JP Group.
