First Quality to Install 2nd New Tissue Machine at SC Site

First Quality Tissue said that it has finalized details for the purchase of a second Thru-Air-Dried (TAD) tissue machine to be installed at the company's new mill in Anderson, SC. First Quality expects the new PM 4 to become operational by the third quarter of 2012. Currently, the company is in the process of installing PM 3, which is under construction at the Anderson site and is scheduled to start-up in August of 2011.
