摘要

AS THE Beach Boys once so pithily put it: "Wouldn't it be nice to live together in the kind of world where we belong". Well, yes, "wouldn't it be nice" if an enforcement agent did more than ask for the money? Let's be clear about this; bailiffs are not debt advisors or social workers. That's not their job. But they may well be the only person who actually meets the debtor. So, how they communicate with the debtor is critical.
