Well, yes, "wouldn't it be nice" if an enforcement agent did more than ask for the money? Let's be clear about this; bailiffs are not debt advisors or social workers. That's not their job. But they may well be the only person who actually meets the debtor. So, how they communicate with the debtor is critical.
