THE Union Heavy Industries Minister, Mr Vilasrao Deshmukh, visited Bharat Heavy Plate and Vessels Ltd, a subsidiary of BHEL, recently, reviewed the performance of the public sector company after its takeover by BHEL. It was the first visit of the Minister to the company.
