You have a potential customer — a restaurant in Omaha or Oklahoma City - somewhere in flyover country. Flyover is the operative word here. Your customer is too far away for surface shipping. They want a 100-pound shipment of seafood, twice a week, with delivery on Tuesday and Friday. Airfreight would be great. It costs less than $1 per pound, but it's a long trip to the airport cargo terminal — either for you or for your customer. That won't work. fTime to give up? Look at door-to-door services before you do that. While more expensive, they might still work, especially if your customer is willing to pay the freight for the added convenience of getting fresh seafood dropped off at their loading dock. Let us look at the options.
