The Bush administration released the last 70 million dollar in salmon disaster aid to fishing businesses in December. But who's getting a cut of the 170 million dollar total? Apparently the list isn't easy to come by. An Oregon fisherman who asked forthe list of recipients has met resistance from the agencies shelling out the cash. He's still waiting to hear the last word after submitting a Freedom of Information Act request, but the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission says the list is confidential.
