Asian Paints to invest Rs 120 cr in Sleek; to hold 51% stake

ASIAN Paints said it will invest Rs 120 crore in kitchen solutions provider Sleek International, in which it will pick up 51% stake. "The investment was approved by the board of Asian Paints Ltd on August 8 and the infusion of funds in two tranches of Rs 120 crore shall be completed by August 10, 2013," the company said in filing to BSE.
