A soothing sense of space

Situated in Lake Como, Italy, Studio Marco Piva's work consisted of the internal and external renovation of the lot and its interior design. With over 53,290m2 of space, the residence was renovated to offer its owners a relaxing, but functional space, to raise their family. Initially enlisted in 2010 to design the abode, Studio Marco Piva completed the entire project this year. When Studio Marco Piva took on the brief, the construction was really degraded, completely abandoned. The studio first restored the outside of the property, removing and replacing hedges, the existing roof, pavement and the balconies and terraces.
