摘要

On the basis of mathematical modeling, efficient conditions were worked out for resource-saving deoxidation and microalloying of steel with a large aluminum ingot after tapping of the heat from the converter. It was determined that in order to minimize the duration of melting of an aluminum ingot in a full ladle it is necessary to submerge the ingot to the maximum permissible depth and simultaneously blow the metal with argon through a lined hollow rod and a central nozzle coaxial with it in the bottom of the ingot. The calculation results were confirmed by industrial experiments.
