摘要

Three-dimensional complex ceramic parts can be elaborated with sintered properties similar to those obtained by classical processing techniques, using Stereolithography as rapid prototyping method. Highly concentrated curable ceramic systems (46...64 vol.% powder) with suitable rheological behaviour and adequate UV reactivity have been developed. This paper is focused on two critical parameters of the UV reactivity, i.e. cure depth and width, witch will control the dimensional resolution and the processing time. The influence of several factors as powder concentration, nature of powder and the mean particle size on these two critical parameters, was studied under a constant UV-laser exposing (110 mJ·cm{sup}(-2)). The effect of laser exposure and the interaction of UV light with the reactive system will be detailed in a forthcoming paper.
