Improvement of Kiln Performance Using Exhaust Gas Recirculation Equipment and High-speed Burners

The problems that usually arise in the preheating area in tunnel kilns are solved in different ways according to the kind of material or the kiln configuration. However these problems always converge in the difference of temperatures between the lower and upper part of the setting. These differences affect the process in following points: break and loss of products (incorrect preheating curve); wrong temperature of the exhaust gases; low energetic efficiency (incomplete heat transfer gases - products); loss of production.
