Ping An Tower... China's 2nd tallest building clad in stainless steel

Ping An Financial Centre is a 118-storey mega-tall skyscraper under construction in Shenzhen, Guangdong province, China. Commissioned by Ping An Group, the building was designed by the American architectural firm Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates (KPF). It is expected to be completed in 2016 and will at that time be the 2nd tallest building in China. Clad externally with massive stainless steel and glass panels, it will be a shining landmark in Shenzhen and a new showcase for the versatility and beauty of stainless steel.
