Yet, for more than a quarter-century, the National Electrical Contractors Association (NECA) and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (IBEW) have been at the forefront, pioneering eco-friendly energy sources such as solar and wind, developing groundbreaking training programs and systems that are models of success — and proving how cost-effective they can be.
