Theoretical and Methodological Aspects in the Development of Information Systems

In the context of very rapid development of information services and the increased role of the information factor, the theoretical model of the economic system calls for certain modifications. The efficiency of economic management depends on its mechanism of data collection, searching, processing and storage. For evaluation of the efficiency of the information space of regional economic systems, a methodology is proposed that is based on multifactor assessment and a rating approach.
