Stereoscopic acuity, observation distance and fixation disparity: a commentary on ‘Stereoscopic acuity and observation distance’ by Bradshaw and Glennerster (2006)

In their Paper, "Stereoscopic acuity and observation distance", Bradshaw and Glennerster (2006) report that angular stereoscopic threosholds are significatnly higher for targets viewed at a distance of 2835 cm than at distances of 57 cm or farther.
