Extended Jacobi elliptic function expansion method and its applicationto nonlinear evolution equation

摘要

An extended Jacobi elliptic function expansion method is proposed to construct abundantJacobi elliptic function solutions to the KdV equation. When the modulus m→1 or m →0.corresponding solitary wave solutions and trigonometric function solutions are alsoobtained. The new method can be used to solve other nonlinear evolution equations.
