摘要

The aim of this work is to clarify the potential of the low cost polycrystalline silicon String Ribbon for fabricating high efficiency solar cells with gettering and passivation techniques. The application of P and Al gettering as well as SiO2 and H passivation schemes enhanced the material quality and boosted the efficiency of the solar cells.
