THE OBTAINING OF COSMETIC PREPARATIONS BASED ON LIPOPROTEIN COMPOUNDS EXTRACTED FROM INSECTS

It was discovered a new complex of lipoproteins (BAS) extracted from insects issue at certain development stages, with keratolytic action. Those were obtained by specific technologies involving original apparatus and methods. The insects are grown in special laboratories on artificial media. The cosmetic cream on the basis of the lipoprotein complex extracted from insects exhibit abilities of restoring the tissues injured by keratinization. Present work shows the result obtained with the lipoprotein complex extracted with various solvents.The extracts with some solvents have shown different UV spectra. The most effective solvents have proved to be chloroform, methanol and xylene, which have extracted the emollient lipid fractions, the proteins were extracted with diluted acid or alkaline solutions. The cosmetic creams obtained on the basis of BAS (biological active substances) exhibit proprieties bath of repairing the conjunctive tissue and immunomodulatory, effective in acne treatment. It was realized 30 cosmetic preparations containing the BAS extracted from insects.
